For a year I have been reading, researching, and relating ideas and experiences that have transformed my living and thinking into greater health, happiness, and performance.

My Mission is to continuously push my personal limits. Each month my strategy is to push to higher achievement. Each morning my goal is to take the steps that lead to better performance.

If you think surfing doesn’t seem to fit, I find that in connects everything. I have to be in great health and conditioning to excel. It is a strong connection to nature. I learn how to develop courage in exceeding my perceived limitations.

Individuals and organizations have to start with a strong self concept. The more enlightened we are about how life began and our role, the more optimistic and positive we can be about our purpose.

The more gratitude we have for the gift of our presence, the more inspired we are to contribute to the well being of others. All thoughts and behavior are transparent.  Your intentions manifest themselves in real form.

If you have selfish or evil thoughts of how you are going to short cut or manipulate natural laws in achieving your purpose, you are most likely in for rough weather.

If you have a great self concept and intend to contribute your well developed core competencies for the good of community, you will find support in your people, your customers, and even your competitors. Everyone admires character.
