Getting in Alignment Converts More Leads
Do you know your customers’ goals?
They have many and don’t expect you to solve all of them.
But there are certain goals your service or products facilitate.
“A value proposition is a clear statement of the tangible results a customer gets from using your products or services.” Jill Konrath “Snap Selling”.
One goal my Prospects may have is working on “their lead conversion rate” and my Unique Selling Proposition is that I “increase” it.
One of your client’s goals may be work on “operating costs” and your services “decrease” them.
How do you align with your clients? If you are a freight broker you may say a lot of things about your services including “we get you the best rates”. Everyone says that.
Align with their larger goals. They want to increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, save time, save money, reduce expenses, build brand, increase revenues, dominate in their region or their niche.
These in a sense are mini mission statements. Now they need strategies and tactics.
Your business recognizes their strategy and supplies the tactics.
I recognize clients need to increase revenues as a mini mission statement and one strategy is to “convert more leads to customers”.
The tactic I supply is capturing more leads’ emails, supplying free information, and following up. When this works, I have made their strategy effective in getting more customers which should lead to higher revenues.
Your tactics help your Customers succeed with their strategies and therefore accomplish their goals.
There are several ways you can broadcast your Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
You can Optimize your Website for the Niche you are trying to reach.
